This painting reflects the theme of trauma. I created an abstract shape of a bull from different textures. The red conveys the wounded nature of trauma and the stark black of the trauma bull creates a really dramatic contrast between the two colours. Unhealed trauma can be overwhelming, it can affect every part of your life. The bull is overpowering and dark, reflective of how trauma can be.
Framing can be arranged in both white and natural wood with a local fine art framer. Contact me for more info on this if you are interested.
